World at War Wii will not have online co-op

Looks as if there will be no Co-Op for the Wii. WiiHD reports that the Wii will feature only 2 player offline coop, rather than the 4 player online coop found in the PS360 versions.

The difference between competitive MP and co-op is non-trivial. Think of a size of an MP level, then compare that to an SP level. Then consider all the AI code, level scripting, and endless other content in a SP / co-op environment that is just too much for the Wii to sustain with our engine.
quick question. will it still have online multiplayer [16 players at least]?
i played beta and to be honest the game is so awful, it lacks everything that made COD4 good for all consoles
i love the PS360
