I have an AMD processor that is 3.2 ghz, an Nvidia Sound card which meets requirements, and a video which meets requirments, and yet the game simply crashes at the desktop. The screen doesn't even go black, it doesn't do anything, it just gives the little loading symbol and then nothing happens. Any suggestions as to how to fix it?

Alright, i figured out it was my card, i put in my old GIGABYTE 9400 GT in and it worked like a charm so for most you you people with black screens do some research on your cards, if it don't meet the shaders clock requirements then it wont do anything. i just bought a new card. now it works.
